Ford allergy is a type of sensitivity involving all four immuno-responses, mostly – IgE dependant ones. The phenomena of food allergy cross-reactivity has become an important problem recently. Proper diagnosis of food induced allergy requires complex course of activities. In addition to conventional basic tests recommended are cells activation tests. Following paper outlines also other methods the clinical application value of which needs to be further verified.
